We will currently provide our customer with the means to request support via the logging of a problem ticket, this requests will be logged into our helpdesk systems and a support technician will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.

 CARRY-IN SERVICE

Overberg Computers offers a carry-in repair facility on all major brands of PC’s and peripherals.

At Overberg Computers, we understand that personal computers have become an indispensable asset, even to the home user.

Fortunately our workshop technicians have the experience and qualifications to expedite your repair and can also advise you on the purchase of new equipment, should the repair option not be financially viable.

Overberg Computers has a basis of fixed rate service level agreements with stipulated response times in place with certain company's, but also offers its support services to the individual on a time and materials basis too.
