Overview:
Overberg Computers strive to provide the best possible
support and service to our clients. We have therefore
implemented various systems to assist us to accomplish
our goal. We will currently provide our customer with
the means to request support via the logging of a
problem ticket, this requests will be logged into our
helpdesk systems and a support technician will contact
you as soon as possible to arrange for the appropriate
action to be taken. This service will be expanded to
an online support page providing our clients with
immediate solutions and problem solving. Please
